Custom Work Policy

All products and services in Custom Work are not a Wild West Domains products and It does not fall under any of its policies, wild west domains does not bear any responsibility for it.

All products and services in Custom Work are separate services managed and developed by foxrig.com name (trade mark) and team.

  • Our development or custom work will apply to a valid web-hosting plan on FOXRiG.com account only.
  • Our 1st time respond might take 72 hours up to 7 working days.
  • Custom work fees will be listed in your invoice with order# and sent to you by email.
  • After fully discussing the custom work by email we'll place an order with all its details and specifications in your invoice and email it to you, you should take an action toward it (here) by even completing the order and make the payment or cancelling it within 14 days, otherwise the invoice will be cancelled as you didn't react with an action.
  • We FOXRiG.com are bound to the invoice we sign or send to you and all its attached documents, under this policy.
  • Custom Work products & services purchased from FOXRiG.com may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Please see below for refund terms.

“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date processed by FOXRiG.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Policy.

Refund Terms:
30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when custom work is delivered for review, non-refundable once first revision is completed. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once performance has begun, custom work is considered completed 60 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.
